I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Counseling Specialist. I also have a MBA and a Certificate in Executive Non Profit Management. For nine years I have owned and operated several mental health clinics, including Bayou Mental Health Services, LLC in Central Louisiana, North Carolina, and Louisiana school districts helping teachers and students with social and emotional learning strategies for classroom development and professional development.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from several modalities to fit the needs and goals of the client. I am trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Trauma), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Financial Health and Growth, Nutritional Healing, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy.
