I am authentically with you, supporting you as you unpack all the stories of your life that have lead up to this moment and helping you rewrite your outcome. Together, we will gently, at your own pace, find the blocks that are preventing you from having the relationships and life you imagine having.

I am licensed in New York and California. My specialties are Couples Therapy, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group therapy, and Trauma therapy. I have been professionally trained and can be found on the list serve's of Emotionally Focused Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and Attachment based EMDR.
