Lauren Kittrell

Hi! I'm Lauren, and I am passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness! I'm married and my hubby and I have 2 awesome sons. I love my work as a therapist, but in my off-time I enjoy traveling with the fam, reading, and hanging out with my awesome pup!

As a professional, I have been working with clients for a little over five years. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling in 2020 and have extensive experience in IOP (intensive outpatient) work and private practice work.

I am a client-centere therapist who absolutely loves my job! I truly believe that it is an honor to be trusted with your pain, your anxieties, fears, or struggles. I use a collaborative approach to create a unique treatment plan tailored to the needs of each client. I use different modalities for treatment including DBT, CBT, ERP, narrative therapy, and others.

I believe therapy is about more than what happens in the therapy room each week. My goal for sessions is to provide a safe space to do the hard work that therapy often calls for. My goal is to equip clients to increase their skills for coping and continued growth between sessions.

My goal is for every client to feel seen and heard and to walk away feeling validated and valuable.
