Great to meet you!

Navigating life's challenges can be stressful. You do not have to figure it out alone! I strive to create a space that is safe and non-judgmental to support you in addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and relationships. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand the impact that someone's social environment can have on their mental health, and I tailor my services to helping you address those challenges. With over 15 years of experience in residential, community-based, and outpatient settings I have developed a strong ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping people and am always honored when someone chooses me to be a part of their journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe authentic human connection is one of the most powerful resources available to us and that true healing happens within the context of our relationships. I will help you learn coping strategies, improve communication skills, and process past trauma that may be contributing to your current relational challenges.

What you can expect from me

The most important predictor of success in therapy is the relationship with your therapist. I will allow you to share at your own pace and ensure that you feel safe as therapy progresses. Together, we will explore the root causes of your symptoms and work toward helping you heal.
