Great to meet you!

My journey into becoming a provider began through my work in the non-profit sector. From an early age, I developed a deep appreciation for people in all their forms and learned to see the beauty and value that each individual brings to the world. Throughout my work, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals in recognizing and embracing their unique diversities and challenges. I’ve worked alongside people who have experienced trauma, marginalization, vulnerabilities, and difficulties in relationships or accessing the resources they need. These experiences shaped me into a passionate advocate, and I bring that same passion to supporting you—helping you advocate for yourself, identify your needs, and move toward making your goals a reality.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a whole-person approach to therapy. The primary modalities I draw from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with other evidence-based practices that can be tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you identify and achieve the personal goals that will lead to the quality of life, fulfilling relationships, and self-compassion you deserve. In our work together, I offer empathetic listening and validation while also providing direct feedback and thoughtful observations. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we will consistently work together to support your growth and help you move toward the life you envision for yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, explore the reasons you’ve taken this brave step to begin therapy, and talk through your current goals and areas of focus for our work together.
