Great to meet you!

I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. My background in clinical social work, and ten years of experience, has allowed me to work with individuals from all walks of life, and I am passionate about helping people where they are. I often provide support in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and relational/intimacy challenges. I am certified in Womens health as well as mental health nutrition which supports my holistic approach to healing, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Nature is an important part of my personal and professional life, and I often incorporate mindfulness and movement into sessions. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering compassion and guidance as you work toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational, strength-based approach, meaning I see you as the expert of your own life and work alongside you to uncover your resilience and potential. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based modalities to help you develop insight and coping skills. Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor sessions to your unique needs and preferences, whether that means processing deep emotions, developing practical tools, or exploring new perspectives. My role is to support you in breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you and creating a life that aligns with your values. I also encourage self-compassion and self-care as essential parts of the therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a greater sense of self-understanding, practical tools for managing stress and emotions, and a renewed sense of hope. You can expect to develop skills that help you navigate life's ups and downs with more ease and confidence. My goal is for you to feel empowered, not just in sessions, but in your daily life, equipped with strategies that align with your values and goals. Over time, you may notice a stronger connection to yourself, increased resilience, and a greater ability to create the life you want.
