Every single one of us has times in our lives when we feel stuck and need extra support to help guide us through to the next level. For over 20 years it has been my great privilege in helping individuals progress to higher levels of functioning. I offer a safe nonjudgmental environment where you can feel free to explore whatever difficulty you may be experiencing and together we will figure out the best way forward.

I specialize in the individual treatment of adults in a wide variety of areas including: anxiety, depression, parenting issues, grief/loss, relationship issues, trauma and addictions.

I aspire to offer a safe space free of judgment to begin discussions about whatever is distressing one.
