Great to meet you!

My hope is that you’ll experience me as authentic, warm, and genuinely invested in your success. I’m naturally a "processor" and I tend to reflect internally before responding, so you may notice I take a moment to digest what you’ve said. Even when I’m quiet, my nonverbal cues (eye contact, posture, tone) will be present and attuned to you in the room.

My approach to therapy

I am a strengths-focused practitioner, and I work with individuals to identify those areas and opportunities that they could potentially leverage in order to remedy some of the other stressors in their life. Collaboration is key in therapy, so my expectation is that through some great conversation, processing, and strategizing, we can create some very meaningful change together.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll spend time exploring your needs, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. Just as important, we’ll talk about shared accountability. Therapy can be challenging, and I don’t expect you to walk this journey alone. Together, we’ll establish clear expectations and create a space where both of us are invested in the process.
