Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Lindsey Giebel and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with adults, children, youth, couples and families and I offer a nurturing and holistic therapeutic experience for my clients. My goal is to support clients in their path towards healing, self-compassion, and meaningful connections.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the transformative power of therapy rooted in psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based approaches.

I tend to lean towards integrating psychodynamic insights to explore unconscious processes, humanistic principles emphasizing personal growth and self-actualization, trauma-informed techniques recognizing the impact of trauma on self and relationships, and attachment-based interventions focusing on the importance of secure emotional bonds.

What you can expect from me

By combining these approaches, I create a supportive and healing space for clients to explore their past, nurture their present, and envision a more fulfilling future.
