Great to meet you!

I chose the path of therapy because I wanted my work to be meaningful and for it to provide the opportunity to make a difference in the world. And I feel so honored to be here- having the opportunity to listen to other people’s stories and help them somewhere along their journey. I work with individuals that struggle with feeling overwhelmed and burnt out- those who overthink and criticize themselves and struggle to stop. I understand wanting to move from living in this state of survival into a life that feels more meaningful and whole. We want to be thriving, not just getting through the day.

My approach to therapy

To me, one of the most important parts of therapy is having a genuine connection with my clients. I want to create a supportive space where you can express yourself freely without judgment. My goal is to create a warm and open energy in the therapy room, where we can explore what brought you to this state of being, and what needs to happen to get you to where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions we'll take time to get to know each other. You'll have the space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We'll begin to explore what an ideal life looks like for you and what steps we can take to get you there. Taking the first steps can be hard- if you feel that working with me would be helpful for your needs, please reach out. I'd love to be a part of your journey.
