Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with a creative, collaborative approach to therapy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and find working with children, teens, and families especially rewarding. I believe therapy should be a safe space for healing and growth. My work is client-centered, so your priorities and goals will become mine as we work together.

My approach to therapy

It's so nice to meet you! My approach to therapy is collaborative. I encourage my clients to set specific, achievable goals and work alongside them to ensure they know how to face any challenges to meeting those goals.

What you can expect from me

I like to get to work with my clients right away. In our first meeting, we get to know one another to ensure I'm a good fit for you and your family. We will also set initial goals for treatment in that first session. After that, we will spend our time together in collaboration to meet your goals.
