Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Lisa Noack and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I hold a BS in Kinesiology from UCLA and an MS in Professional Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I specialize in treating mood disorders, addiction, eating disorders, and trauma, but have experience working with a variety of health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is empathetic, holistic, and integrative, taking into account all dimensions of health. I view each individual as uniquely courageous and provide treatment tailored to their specific needs in a supportive and caring environment. I believe in building a trusting, affirming therapeutic relationship and draw on both professional and personal experiences to inspire hope, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain greater self-awareness and adopt healthier attitudes and behaviors to cope with life’s challenges. Therapy is not a quick fix; it’s a healing process that requires participation and investment from both the patient and therapist. Making small changes to counterproductive habits and dealing with emotions such as sadness, fear, trauma, and pain can lead to transformative outcomes - tranquility, joy, and strong connections with oneself and others.
