Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or still affected by past trauma, you’re not alone, even if it really feels that way. You might look like you have it together on the outside but feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure what to do next. Reaching out for help can feel scary, but it’s often the first small step toward feeling more grounded and hopeful!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I also work with folks who feel “stuck” in patterns of under-functioning or not quite thriving, are navigating independence, or want to feel more confident and connected in their relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical coping skills, manage emotions, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. My style is warm, collaborative, and respectful, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you!
