Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker, certified mindfulness teacher, and registered yoga instructor, I offer compassionate, evidence-based techniques to help you navigate stress, depression, and life’s challenges. I have a masters in social work as well as a second masters in applied cognition and neuroscience. I love sharing cognitive and mindfulness strategies that work and have been doing so for over two decades!

My approach to therapy

I help people manage anxiety, stress, and self-criticism by building healthy habits and strategies for lasting change. Using a whole-self approach—mind, body, and spirit—I integrate mindfulness to strengthen your relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will start with introductions, get to know each other and set goals so we can develop a plan that will help you meet those goals. I will share some initial thoughts on how we can work together and you will leave with at least one strategy to try before we meet again!
