My approach to therapy

I'm certified in EMDR therapy, use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art and Play Therapy interventions to assist with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral problems. I believe the key component to the therapeutic relationship is to provide a safe place with trust, respect, openness, and a non-judgmental atmosphere.
