Great to meet you!

I am warm, real, and deeply invested in your healing. I believe therapy is a safe relationship where you can explore, process, and grow without judgment. I won’t rush your story, but I will help you find meaning, clarity, and strength within it. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know how to heal.

My approach to therapy

The work we will do together is collaborative and deeply person-centered. I create a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in respect for the individual’s lived experiences. I integrate evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, to support clients in processing past experiences, building insight, and developing practical tools for meaningful change. I help clients identify their strengths, cultivate self-compassion, and move toward healing with empowerment and intention. Therapy with me is a balance of emotional safety, gentle challenge, and supportive guidance tailored to each person’s goals, pace, and readiness.

What you can expect from me

I’ll invite you to share what feels comfortable—your story, what’s been weighing on you, or simply what made you decide to reach out. You don’t have to go into deep detail unless you feel ready. My goal is to get a sense of where you are emotionally and what you'd like support with.

We’ll talk about how I work, what therapy can look like, and how we can create an environment that feels emotionally safe, respectful, and judgment-free. You can ask any questions about the process, EMDR, trauma work, boundaries, or how we pace things.
