Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist specializing in OCD and Anxiety Disorders. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and have experience using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and anxiety.

I’ve worked with many people who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, reassurance-seeking, or avoidance, and I know how exhausting that can be. My goal in therapy is to help you break out of those patterns and feel more confident handling anxiety when it shows up—not just in session, but in your everyday life.

My style is supportive, practical, and very collaborative. I’ll guide you, but we’ll move at a pace that feels doable for you. ERP can feel intimidating at first, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming—we take it step by step.

I also work with clients experiencing depression using behavioral activation, helping you slowly rebuild motivation and reconnect with things that feel meaningful again.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your thoughts are running the show, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

My approach to therapy

I come to our sessions ready to meet you where you're at. I'll listen to and validate your struggles, then identify how we can overcome them. I will be part of your journey — I'll be there to support, encourage, and push you when you need it. I provide personalized, specialized treatment for OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression using Exposure Response Prevention Therapy and Behavioral Activation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what’s been going on, without it feeling overwhelming or like an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the patterns you’ve been noticing, and what you’d like to feel different moving forward.

I also like to give you a clear idea of how I work, especially if we’ll be using ERP for anxiety or OCD. I’ll explain things in a way that makes sense and answer any questions you have, so you feel comfortable and know what to expect.

Together, we’ll start identifying some initial goals and a direction for treatment, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away. We go at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Overall, I aim to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental—where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing and start taking small, meaningful steps toward change.
