Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over four years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I have worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and adverse past experiences. I care deeply about helping people feel more embodied as themselves and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic. In therapy, I see us as collaborators; I’ll walk alongside you as we delve into where you’ve been and where you wish to go. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and affirmed.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe being your full self, so I focus on building a genuine, supportive relationship. I also bring in helpful tools when it makes sense, like journaling, mindfulness, communication strategies, and ways to better understand your thoughts and emotions. We’ll work together to find what actually helps you. I aim to balance deep reflection with practical steps you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the focus will be on getting to know you and understanding the experiences that have brought you to therapy at this point in your life. I will invite you to share your story at your own pace, while also asking thoughtful questions to gain a clearer picture of your needs and strengths. Together, we will begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and aligned with the life you want to create. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and how we might work together moving forward.
