Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lyndsey and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of healthcare experience. My diverse background includes critical care, emergency medicine, and women's health, all of which have shaped my integrated and compassionate approach to mental health care.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic and individualized treatment approach. We all have unique genetic compositions, personalities, and life experiences that intersect to create "us". True healing comes from addressing all aspects of who we are, and I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients to help them live the fullest expression of their lives.

What you can expect from me

I welcome every client with open-mindedness and a non-judgmental spirit. I combine a very relaxed and open approach to create a safe environment where clients feel empowered to be their true selves. I honor the courage it takes to acknowledge and explore life's challenges, and aim to support and equip clients with customized treatment plans that best meet their unique needs.
