Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist specializing in grief, loss, life transitions, and anxiety. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain as they navigate change—whether that change comes from loss, shifting roles, or the weight of anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and with room for authenticity and appropriate humor. Therapy can be serious without being rigid, and laughter—when it comes naturally—can help ease anxiety, build connection, and make difficult conversations feel more manageable. I aim to create a space where you can show up as your full self, emotions and all. I am here to listen, challenge and support you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you will be able to share your unique story. We will talk about what you hope to achieve in therapy and work together to create a plan.

Together, we explore your experiences, identify patterns, and develop practical tools to help you cope more effectively and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion. I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I honor each client’s pace and unique story.
