Great to meet you!

I've worked in the helping profession for almost thirty years, and as a counselor for twenty of those years. After working in not-for-profits, schools, and private practice I've been able to gain perspective on the complexity of the human experience; childhood, family, adolescence, relationships, suffering, loss, as well as triumph and accomplishment. I believe my ability to look at the big picture is an important part of what I can offer that is special.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help good people like you get their life back. This is a partnership, and together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a client-centered approach, recognizing you are the expert on yourself.

Whether you're dealing with relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow.

What you can expect from our first session

I have worked with many adult clients through the years and I never tire of that unique experience of sharing in another's growth. Life can be hard and sometimes we need support.

In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
