Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of South Carolina- Columbia with my Masters of Social Work. I have 10+ years experience with hospice care and 8+ years of experience working with Veterans and their caregivers. I have been providing therapy for more than 10 years to individuals experiencing grief, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to meet clients where they are when they enter the process. I am direct and solution-focused, while also maintaining warmth and gentleness. I recognize that some clients are ready to dive in immeditaly, while others need more time to build comfort and trust. I honor each client's pace and follow their lead, ensuring the therapeutic process is collaborative and client-centered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered and more self-aware. I believe that all the answers we need are already within us: sometimes we just need guidance to uncover them.
