Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Malinda Lynch, a nurse practitioner who founded Emerald Bridge Wellness (emerald-bridge.com). I help people find balance in both mind and body whether that’s easing anxiety, improving mood, getting hormones back on track, or simply feeling more like yourself again. I also work with individuals experiencing symptoms of dysautonomia, like dizziness, racing heart, fatigue, brain fog, and that “wired but exhausted” feeling that often gets mistaken for anxiety.

My approach is practical and personal. Sometimes medications are helpful, but they’re never the whole story. I try to look at the full picture and not just the symptoms using a mix of traditional, holistic, and functional approaches to create a plan that actually fits your life. That might include medication, but also nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and simple tools you can use day to day.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, wife, and animal lover with a busy household that includes kids, chickens, barn cats, and an energetic dog. I know what it’s like to juggle a lot, and I bring that same understanding (and a little humor) into how I care for people.

Please note that I am not currently taking on new patients for ADHD stimulant medication management. The Ryan Haight Act is due to resume at the end of 2026, which will require patients prescribed stimulants to be seen in clinic. I can still offer non-stimulant alternatives, supplement recommendations, and therapy, but in-person visits are not available at this time.

My approach to therapy

I use traditional psychiatric care, holistic support, and functional thinking to better understand what may be driving symptoms. That can include reviewing labs, discussing therapy-based tools, considering supplements, lifestyle factors, sleep, hormones, and using medications when appropriate.

I believe care should be practical, personalized, and realistic for your everyday life. Some people want a more traditional medication-based plan. Others want to explore holistic or functional options first. Many want a combination of both. I meet you where you are and help build a plan that fits your goals.

My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I take concerns seriously, especially when clients have felt dismissed in the past. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, insomnia, hormone-related changes, or body-based symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, or nervous system dysregulation, my goal is to help connect the dots and create a path forward that feels manageable and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard. We will go through what has been happening, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what may be contributing to it. That often means looking not only at mood and anxiety symptoms, but also at sleep, stress, hormones, medical history, and other physical symptoms that may be affecting how you feel.

I often blend lab review, therapy-based tools, supplements, and medication options into treatment plans, but always in a way that feels individualized and practical. If you have more complex symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, racing heart, dizziness, or stress sensitivity in the body, we can talk through those too and consider how they may fit into the larger picture.

My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling more clear, more understood, and more hopeful, with a better sense of what may be going on and a few practical next steps to begin moving forward.
