Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Mandi and I am so glad you stumbled upon my profile. I have experience in both therapy and case management. I received my Master’s of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2020 and completed clinical supervision soon after.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I continually strive to be trauma informed. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing and Mindfulness practice to bring connection and awareness to both mind and body. I work from a primarily client centered approach - meaning you’re driving this car - I’m just the passenger with the directions printed out to help you reach your goals!

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with my clients to create a treatment plan that best meets their needs and desired outcomes. I seek to create an environment of safety where every individual I connect with feels valued and appreciated for the experiences that they bring in. I am so proud of you for stumbling upon Headway and possibly considering that therapy might be an option for you to meet your goals!
