Great to meet you!
I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), a hands-on, evidence-based approach designed to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we’ll work to build practical skills that give you more control over your emotions and behaviors. This approach empowers you to make meaningful, lasting changes in how you think, feel, and act.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer Couple's Counseling, helping partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship dynamics. I work with couples facing challenges like communication breakdowns, trust issues, and navigating life changes.
I also provide specialized support for Active Duty Military personnel and Veterans, understanding the unique stressors and challenges that come with service. Whether you’re managing the impact of deployment, transitioning to civilian life, or adjusting to new routines, my approach is designed to offer practical strategies and a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.
As a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), I bring an understanding of the complexities of addiction, though I do not provide direct treatment for substance use disorders. Instead, my focus is on supporting clients with co-occurring issues and providing the necessary tools to improve mental health and overall well-being.
