Hi there, welcome! I am part of Sana Therapy Collective where we believe in the importance of a systems perspective; one that takes into account racial and social justice intersectionality, sexual and gender identity, disability, power, and privilege. I have a background of working with underserved communities and people with complex trauma.

I use a holistic approach when supporting your healing to consider all aspects of your life; physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and environmental. I have been trained in modalities such as EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Attachment Based Practices to help foster healing. We will collaborate to meet the goals you have by creating a treatment that fits your needs.
