Great to meet you!

I’ve been practicing therapy for over a decade and am licensed as both an LMFT and LPC. My clinical experience spans behavioral health hospitals, non-profit organizations, and school-based settings. I was trained through a systemic lens, which means I focus not only on the individual but also on the broader context—examining how relationships, environments, and other external factors may contribute to one’s experiences and challenges.

My approach to therapy

People do the best they can with the tools they have — especially when facing life’s challenges. But sometimes, those challenges become overwhelming and start to shape how we see ourselves and relate to the world around us. The stories we tell ourselves in response can deeply affect our well-being and sense of happiness.

Through thoughtful, collaborative conversations, I’ll walk alongside you as we explore new ways of understanding and responding to life’s difficulties. Together, we can begin to rewrite your story in a way that feels more empowering, compassionate, and true to who you are.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to foster a supportive relationship grounded in trust and safety. I believe each person brings a unique set of needs to therapy, and together, we’ll identify and integrate those into our work. I look forward to walking alongside you as we create a space for meaningful exploration and lasting change.
