I am person-centered, but I understand many people hesitate coming to therapy for fear of just finding "fluff." While we will explore your feelings and experiences, I'm here to support your real life and the relationships that matter to you most, which in the long-term will not be your therapist! I enjoy exploring how to maximize the natural world and the existing supports in your life. I am a trained facilitator for Circle of Security, a parenting program, and enjoy supporting parents from birth onwards. I am also well-versed in supporting people exploring issues around faith/religion, pet selection, and career exploration. I provide EMDR both virtually and in person, as well as equine assisted therapy on Wednesdays in-person.
