Great to meet you!

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the human mind and heart. My path to becoming a therapist stems from a deep curiosity about what drives our choices, what makes relationships thrive, and how we navigate life’s most challenging seasons. In our sessions, I balance an analytical, perceptive mind with a naturally warm and empathetic presence, creating a space where you can safely unpack your heaviest burdens without fear of judgment.

My approach to therapy

I view mental health through an integrative and holistic lens. Your well-being is deeply connected to your history, your environment, and your physical body. I customize our work together by blending:

  • Psychodynamic & Narrative Therapies: To help you uncover deep-rooted patterns from childhood, understand how they impact your present, and safely rewrite your own story.
  • Existential & Humanistic Frameworks: To support you in finding authentic meaning and direction, even when circumstances feel painful or limiting.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To increase your psychological flexibility, align your daily choices with your core values, and build sustainable coping skills.
  • Somatic-Informed Systems & Wellness: Looking at the “whole self,” including the vital roles that sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and movement play in regulating your nervous system.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about me beginning to get to know you as a whole person -- your strengths and sources of support as well as your challenges and the circumstances that bring you to therapy. It will also be a chance for you to assess for yourself whether working with me feels like a good fit. The relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important factors in the change and healing process, and my first priority is making sure ours feels like one that you believe will benefit you, or to help you find the right fit if it doesn't.
