Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Trauma & Crisis psychotherapist, researcher, & lifelong student of the soul-body system - fluent in 7 languages & fluent in human complexity. My clinical & healing path spans over 20k client hrs in U.S., backed by over 54k hrs of study in trauma, autism, crisis care, aging, death, & integrative medicine (fam of origin= doctors & surgeons).

Originally a national swimming champion in Romania at age 10, I’ve lived & worked across 4 countries (Romania, Canada, US, Puerto Rico - back in US after Hurr Maria / 2018), carrying both scientific rigor & intuitive insight across cultures. I hold two BAs, two MAs (incl a thesis on Emotional Reality, a method I developed), & NCC, LCPC credentials in US. I am certified in both top-down & bottom-up trauma modalities -including DBT, EMDR, & holistic/ complementary therapies - an uncommon dual path. I’ve trained in 100+ seminars (trauma, crisis, suicidality, veteran, ptsd, etc) & disaster-response programs since 2001, & have developed my own therapeutic & coaching frameworks to support healing beyond diagnosis.

With over 50k hrs working with neurodivergent & special needs populations, autism & epilepsy remain my first loves - & part of my lived experience. I carry neurological traits from childhood epilepsy & autism & Adhd, along with multiple sensory-motor challenges. Yet I changed my brain= taught myself to dance, to re-pattern cognition, & to live rhythmically - on my own terms. I am living proof that neuroplasticity is real. I’ve also walked the fire path - twice reset by soul-death experiences at 18yo and 46yo. I am a Reiki Master in multiple (9) lineages, & a practitioner of biofield & crystal therapies for Consciousness support.

Clients report 94% success rates on outcome evaluations over the past 10+yrs. Many have gone on to coach, lead, & become healing catalysts in their own communities.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is results-oriented & deeply neuro-informed. I specialize in using EMDR to rewire the brain’s response to trauma, while simultaneously identifying & reinforcing your unique cognitive/ emotional/ behavioral strengths - whether you lean toward analytical reasoning, emotional intuition, or a richly developed inner world, or other processing manner.

Rooted in neuro-psychology & neuro-somatic reprogramming, my work focuses on recalibrating the transmission between the brain & body systems - particularly necessary for moments of behavioral crisis, or systemic dysregulation. This isn’t about staying in therapy forever. My goal is clear: to help you stabilize quickly, function powerfully, & Exit with an optimized internal & relational operating system, & new protocols for rebalancing from dysregulation.

I integrate EMDR and Jungian analysis at the core, while also drawing from Transactional Analysis, Adlerian therapy, DBT, & other modalities - tailored to what best fits your individual processing style. The process is adaptive, strategic, and intentional for your transformation.

Let’s design the rest of your life - with you as the Chief Architect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we begin by mapping your current pain points = emotionally, cognitively, somatically, & relationally. We’ll explore trauma themes (past, or present), identify moments where things feel stuck or destabilized, & assess your unique processing style - whether you're more analytical, emotionally attuned, or inner-world focused.

We’ll also draw from your past therapy experiences to surface insights and patterns - what worked, what didn’t, & why - & begin weaving those into a clearer, more targeted approach. I’ll introduce stabilization protocols & outline specific techniques you’ll learn and use throughout our work together, including EMDR, neuro-somatic tools, or cognitive frameworks depending on fit.

We'll work to identify specific therapy goals & I'll propose tiers & metrics for these; & together, we’ll begin drafting a focused treatment plan - so from day one, you're moving forward with clarity, strategy, and agency.
