I specialize in helping women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly “on edge” finally experience a sense of calm, clarity, and control in their daily lives.

Many of my clients come to me feeling mentally exhausted—juggling responsibilities, overthinking everything, struggling with sleep, or feeling like they can’t fully relax. Even when life looks “fine” on the outside, internally it can feel like too much.

My approach is structured, practical, and results-driven. I use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you:
