Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while also providing practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives. I strive to create a space where individuals feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, stress, and personal growth at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Army Retiree, I bring both clinical experience and real-life understanding into the therapeutic process. I use a trauma-informed, strength-based approach and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where we begin building a strong therapeutic connection. During the first appointment, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, current concerns or challenges you may be experiencing, and any goals you hope to work toward throughout the counseling process.
