Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist based in Maryland, offering virtual counseling services. My practice specializes in supporting young adults, working professionals, and new parents navigate transitional stages.

My approach to therapy

Broadly speaking, I enjoy using Action and Commitment therapy (ACT) as a foundation of treatment, but I do not believe in one size fits all. I use the intake appointment to get to know you, your goals, and preferences, and adapt my treatment approach to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Each client will define that for themselves. I employ a collaborative approach in therapy that allows the client to tailor the session to what they feel is more important in their lives at that moment.
