Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kat. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I’m passionate about walking alongside folks as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strengths. I work with kids, teens, and adults who are facing a range of struggles—whether it’s healing from trauma, coping with grief or big life changes, managing tough relationships, or exploring who they are and what gives their life meaning.

My approach to therapy

I have additional education in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, but at the heart of it all, my focus is on you—your story, your goals, and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and uniquely tailored to your needs. While a diagnosis can provide clarity, I believe the focus should always be on you-your experiences, your symptoms, and your unique path to healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Healing is a deeply personal journey, and I believe it happens best when you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. Whether we’re working through past wounds, navigating life changes, or healing through alternate states of consciousness, I’ll be here to walk alongside you every step of the way. If any of this resonates with you, let’s start with a free 15-minute consultation to see how we can reach your goals together.
