I graduated from Texas Christian University with a BS in Psychology & received my MS in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas. I have a wide range of experience including small group practices, a government funded agency, and addiction centers. I specialize in depression, anxiety, addictions including substance use and eating disorders, life transitions, and self-esteem.

I use a person-centered approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy.
