Great to meet you!

I have openings for telehealth appointments. With over 20 years of experience, I have seen many people overcome challenges and regain hope.

I work with individuals aged 15 through older adulthood on a variety of issues, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, or life transitions. Having strong, healthy coping skills can help you feel back in control of managing life again.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping people find solutions to help them manage anxiety, depression, and stress in healthy ways. I also have expertise in substance use and addiction counseling for alcohol, marijuana, and opiates. I can provide substance abuse evaluations for courts, employers, or school systems.

I use evidenced based, client centered approaches drawing on cognitive behavioral and motivational models. In counseling, clients develop the tools to challenge unhealthy thinking patterns, regulate their emotions, manage stress and increase confidence.

What you can expect from me

First sessions usually spend some time with introductions but ultimately providing a basic outline of the expected work together along with Initial goals to work towards and homework to start on.
