Great to meet you!

It is no easy decision to seek therapy. To look with someone at what hurts. To find hope, relief, and perspective, and to grow through this. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people in many settings including academic medical hospitals, the VA, college counseling, and an American Indian Reservation. I have extensive experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, and life transitions. No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My training includes an APA-accredited internship at the New Mexico VA and University of New Mexico Hospital where I received specialized training in trauma focused treatments and chronic pain. Through a yearlong fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin I gained further experience working with individuals facing ongoing health challenges.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating challenging life changes, coping with persistent stress, or simply aiming to enhance your well-being, I'm here to support you.
