I’m a seasoned Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with close to twenty years’ experience in behavioral health. My gifts are listening and encouraging well, coupled with artful psychopharmacology. I am gentle, empathic, flexible, approachable, and accommodating. I love to hear my patients’ stories, engage with them as they re-write even truer, better stories, and formulate thoughtful, individualized treatment plans for the journey.

While my primary focus is medication management, I'm patient-centered and solution-focused, and often times, the best treatment plan involves more than just a med change. Together we'll explore the big picture and look at your goals, strengths, and barriers to living your best life.
