Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a licensed therapist with experience working with individuals and couples to process through the impacts of trauma, difficulties within relationships, self-esteem, OCD, depression, and anxiety that may prevent them from living the life they envision. As a military veteran, I have a passion and drive to help military, law enforcement, and first responders to navigate the difficulties that come with stressful work life balance, and break the stigma of receiving outside mental health support.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach in therapy and use strengths to identify strategies and coping skills to manage needs and maximize growth. I want you to come in feeling heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement. Therapy is not one size fits all and modalities will be tailored to each individual or couple.

What you can expect from me

The relationship you build with your therapist is the foundation for a successful therapy experience. I recognize that YOU are the expert on YOU and my role is not to change you or to tell you how you should live your life, but to walk along side you and work together to solve the problems and reach your goals.
