Great to meet you!

I tend to focus on that complex point, at which, individuals intersect with another. Through intimate/romantic relationships, friendships, partnerships, families, and organizations that we are surrounded by, we learn where individual strengths and weaknesses are. Through that knowledge and understanding, I work with people to discover creative means of closing the gap between where people are right now and where they would ideally like to be.

My approach to therapy

I am solutions-focused in that I want my clients to feel successful in a shorter period of time. I am quick to offer my clients several options of solutions that they can choose from, but I am also client centered and strengths based, so clients find me to be easy to connect with and incredibly empathetic.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect that I will advocate for them. And, they can also expect that I will help them in the way they need in order to have the best possible outcome.
