Great to meet you!

Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to counseling individuals dealing with substance use and mental health challenges. My own experiences with therapy have taught me the incredible value of the therapeutic relationship. I am fully committed to this work and take great joy in guiding my clients towards self-love and acceptance.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we are all searching for meaning, purpose, and connection in our lives. These aspects influence our choices, behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and perceptions of the world. Our experiences and relationships shape who we are today. Through therapy, you can discover what is truly important to you and learn how to live in accordance with those values.

What you can expect from me

A different perspective, honesty, empathy, and compassion.
