Great to meet you!

I completed both my undergraduate and graduate nursing education at the University of Southern Maine (USM), where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). After earning my BSN, I worked as a float pool nurse for five years, gaining diverse clinical experience across various units and patient populations. This role strengthened my adaptability, clinical judgment, and communication skills. In 2025, I transitioned into practice as a PMHNP and have been dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care ever since

My approach to therapy

Since beginning my practice as a PMHNP in 2025, I’ve focused on working with adults (ages 18 and up) experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and panic disorder. I enjoy building collaborative relationships with my patients and believe in a shared decision-making approach—especially when it comes to medication management. I aim to provide support, education, and options, while empowering patients to make the final decisions about their care.

What you can expect from me

I take a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to care—focusing on getting to know each patient and understanding their full story before making any serious diagnoses or treatment decisions. I prioritize collecting a thorough history and understanding current concerns so we can create a well-informed treatment plan together.
