I completed both my undergraduate and graduate nursing education at the University of Southern Maine (USM), where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). After earning my BSN, I worked as a float pool nurse for five years, gaining diverse clinical experience across various units and patient populations. This role strengthened my adaptability, clinical judgment, and communication skills. Since beginning my practice as a PMHNP in 2025, I’ve focused on working with adults (ages 18 and up) experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and panic disorder. I enjoy building collaborative relationships with my patients and believe in a shared decision-making approach—especially when it comes to medication management. I aim to provide support, education, and options, while empowering patients to make the final decisions about their care.

I take a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to care—focusing on getting to know each patient and understanding their full story before making any serious diagnoses or treatment decisions. I prioritize collecting a thorough history and understanding current concerns so we can create a well-informed treatment plan together.
