Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a constant state of survival mode? Overwhelmed by stress, emotionally drained, or just going through the motions of life? Reaching out for help takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate this alone. Taking the first steps toward therapy can feel overwhelming, I know, because I’ve been there too. My goal is to help you navigate this process by providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I work primarily with young adults in their 20’s and 30’s who are navigating anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their experiences, and the reasons behind their emotions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and integrative, tailored to your unique needs. Healing occurs in a safe, supportive relationship founded on empathy and trust, enabling you to be your authentic self and lead a more fulfilling life. Everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you not only cope with life’s most challenging moments but also foster healing, growth, and empower you to create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may influence current challenges, recognize unhelpful thought patterns, and work through unresolved emotions. We’ll focus on quieting your inner critic, building self-compassion, and developing practical coping strategies to apply to daily life. We’ll also explore relational patterns, enhance emotional awareness, and develop a toolbox of skills to help you navigate life’s obstacles with greater confidence and ease. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you. If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out to schedule a free consultation.
