Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Megan. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including the past decade providing therapy to adults who are ready for meaningful change. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am certified in integrative mental health, which means I look at the whole person...mind, body, and patterns, not just symptoms.

I specialize in helping high-functioning but overwhelmed individuals navigate anxiety, stress, depression, and boundary challenges. Many of my clients are capable, responsible people who show up for everyone else, yet struggle to prioritize themselves, say no without guilt, or quiet the constant mental noise.

My approach to therapy

If you’re tired of overthinking everything, people-pleasing, or feeling like you have to hold it all together, you’re in the right place. My approach is supportive but real. I’ll validate what you’re going through while also helping you break the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll quiet the anxiety, build healthier boundaries, and strengthen your confidence so you can stop second-guessing yourself and start showing up as your true self. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking...it’s about learning tools you can actually use in your real life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, the patterns keeping you stuck, and what you’d like to feel differently. You don’t need to have everything figured out just show up as you are. You’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and clear on next steps.
