Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, families, and individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. My background includes working in a variety of settings—hospice, juvenile detention, community mental health, and in-home care—which has shaped my deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients move toward healing and growth in a way that aligns with their goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and find hope, even in difficult seasons. I believe we are not defined by the adversity we face, but we can be refined by it—and I’m here to help you rewrite your story in a way that reflects your strength and growth.
