Great to meet you!

Hey there and welcome to Oak & Ember Counseling, LLC! I've been in the social work field since 2017. I've worked with families, adults, children, and adolescents. I've gained experienced in inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient, residential, and emergency room settings. Some of the challenges I've helped clients with include substance abuse, ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ASD, grief, domestic violence/relationship issues, behavioral issues, and stress management. In addition, I am a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).

My approach to therapy

In my work, I utilize a variety of modalities including mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.

What you can expect from me

I am not here to judge you or tell you what to do. I will listen, provide supportive feedback, and offer suggestions. Life is hard, and I am here to help remind you that you are not alone. You've demonstrated courage in taking the first step. I look forward to meeting you!
