Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Massachusetts, specializing in working with adolescents and adults who experience difficulties with emotion regulation. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate intense emotions, build meaningful relationships, and develop effective coping strategies.

I earned my doctorate from Antioch University New England, where I was trained to work with clients across the lifespan. Over the years, I’ve developed specialized training in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy.

My clinical work has been deeply rooted in supporting young adults, families, and parents. In addition to individual work, I have experience providing parent coaching and working collaboratively to strengthen family systems and communication.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. In our initial sessions, my focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about the difficult parts of your life. I take time to understand the challenges you're facing and what you hope to gain from therapy.

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship, because meaningful change starts with trust. My goal is to help you explore patterns and emotions at your own pace, while also offering practical tools and strategies you can use in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In session, I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported as we work together to make sense of your emotions. Along the way, I’ll introduce practical strategies to help you manage intense emotions, stress, navigate relationship problems, and gently challenge unhelpful patterns that may be holding you back.
