Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel both supported and challenged—and where it’s okay to laugh sometimes. Humor can be a powerful tool for connection, perspective, and resilience, and I intentionally bring warmth and authenticity into the room. My style is straightforward, compassionate, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood rather than judged.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to feel sterile or intimidating. I use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, and Adlerian therapy to help clients understand patterns, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a space that feels kind, welcoming, and judgment-free. My goal is for you to feel at ease and accepted exactly as you are—no pressure to have everything figured out or to know “the right thing” to say.

We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll move at your pace, check in often, and make sure you feel comfortable asking questions. Above all, my intention is for therapy to feel like a safe place where you can show up honestly and feel at home.
