Great to meet you!

I have 8+ years of experience working with teens and young adults providing individual therapy. Teens face unique stressors as they transition into adulthood. I work alongside teens and young adults as you navigate various stressors, including anxiety, depression, family and peer conflict, school-related stressors, and more. Using a strengths-based perspective, we will work on building your coping skills toolbox, focusing on strategies to effect real change as you navigate these life stressors.

If you feel we could be a good fit, I can be reached via email at:

OR via confidential voicemail at:

I look forward to the opportunity to help support you on your journey!

My approach to therapy

The main age range I work with is 14-25 years old.

My main areas of focus include anxiety, family and peer conflict, school-related stressors, and negative self-esteem.

My approach to therapy include using the following modalities: CBT (Cognitive-Behavior Therapy); strengths-based perspective; solution-focused therapy; and using mindfulness-based practices in session.

What you can expect from me

Teens and young adults can expect a warm, inviting environment, focusing on the client's current needs and meeting the client where they are at. Counseling can feel intimidating at first, and I try to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and relaxed, so we can work on your set goals.
