Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Manchester, New Hampshire, with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions. I am formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and reunification therapy, offering comprehensive therapeutic services to both adolescents and adults.

I am deeply committed to fostering resilience, emotional regulation, and healthy communication in clients. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. In addition to individual counseling, I provide family therapy and specializes in helping families navigate complex relational dynamics, including high-conflict situations and reunification processes.

With a strong dedication to clinical excellence and client-centered care, I empower my clients to build insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is for my clients to develop strength, trust themselves, problem-solve, and to build insight. Therapy is not just about hard feelings and/or processing pain. I want my clients to laugh and celebrate their wins in therapy.

What you can expect from me

A clients first session with me is all about rapport building and them getting comfortable with me. Being in therapy is a big step for some people. Slow and steady is ok.
